没想到，面对这个话题，张从锐的表情开始不自然。在记者的“逼问”之下，他这才把学历的事情和盘托出。原来，这个高中毕业生通过函授拿到了一个本科学历和一个专科学历，还有一个专科学历正在读。
一个整天在田间地头忙活的村支书，为何要挤出时间来拿这么多学历呢？是刚需，还是为了“镀金”？
张从锐说，他当年高考考得不错，但阴差阳错没上大学，为此一直抱憾。他曾在省外打过工，2014年返乡之后，因为有高中学历，就在村里担任文书。2021年10月，他当选为杨公庙村党支部书记、村委会主任。
虽然在农村长大，张从锐起初连茭白长在土里还是水里都弄不清。去农贸市场卖菜，他居然穿着西装，不带零钱，甚至不敢扯开嗓子吆喝一声。
“作为年轻人，从事农村工作，只能不停地学习，不能闲着。”了解到安徽省开展“一村一名大学生”计划，他就报了名。这项人才培养工程，主要由安徽农业大学负责实施，面向在职的村“两委”干部及后备干部，开展为期两年半的专科及以上学历的继续教育。入学时，学生必须通过当年成人高考的规定分数线。
张从锐花了两年半时间，完成了“现代农业技术”专科函授13门课程的学习，最终通过期末考试以及以“农村改厕”为题的毕业论文答辩，拿到专科学历。
张从锐觉得，接受专业教育之后自己有了科学思维，对农业规划的理解也更深刻，“以前碰到产业问题，或许是拍脑袋做决定，现在要引入气候、土壤条件、光照等数据分析，花更多时间去调研、评估项目的可行性。”
张从锐刚上任时，全村集体经济收入只有7000元，仅依靠集体山场的承包费。他四处调研，遍访专家，想搞差异化的产业，最后锁定了香椿。
当他将花了一周时间撰写的香椿产业论证报告，递到党员和村民代表手上后，得到他们一致认可。村里立马启动露天香椿种植项目，随后注册了“三实椿芽”的商标。此外，村里还开发了跑山鸡养殖项目、秸秆收储综合利用项目，带动周边170户农户就业。
去年10月，杨公庙村主动争取资金近300万元建设“特色蔬菜轮作基地”，5座高标准钢构温室大棚拔地而起，除了香椿，还种植菠菜、香菜等。
工作上逐渐进入角色，更多的挑战也相继而来。张从锐曾遇到一次村民闹矛盾，几次调解均以失败告终，他连忙到处找法律书籍。2019年，他下决心再次“补课”，报名参加安徽农业大学法学专升本函授学习，用两年半时间拿到了法学本科学历。
张从锐对村里的产业方向有了更清晰、深远的思考。2019年，他牵头成立三实生态农业专业合作社，目前有76户农户参与香椿种植。
“合作社吸纳老人、脱贫户、五保户，他们平时从事除草、栽培等农活。”负责合作社大棚管理的老党员胡宗平介绍，“脱贫户通过小额信贷入股合作社，年底还能享受分红。”
2020年，在张从锐的建议下，村里又成立了独立经营的集体经济股份合作社。产业和项目愈发成熟，财务管理亟待跟上。会计知识一向是张从锐的“盲点”，为了“扫盲”，2021年，他又报考了会计专科专业，函授学习。
这一回，张从锐多了一个同学——杨氏祠村80后党支部书记刘正东。深受张从锐的影响，他也一同报考了会计专科。
杨氏祠村的主要产业是粮食种植，近期计划建造烘干房，扩大生产规模，实现精细加工。“只有提升学历，算好经济账，精准用好政策扶持的资金，才能给群众清晰明白的交代！”刘正东说。
乡村振兴，关键在人，更在于年轻人。据六安市金安区委组织部提供的数据，2021年换届时，新调整村（社区）党组织书记180人，其中，80后有127人，大专以上学历116人。
“村干部年轻化、知识化、学历化逐渐成为‘潮流’，来自乡村一线主动提升学历的报考者越来越多。”安徽农业大学继续教育学院院长胡启涛深有感触。
以安徽省“一村一名大学生”人才培养工程为例，他介绍：“2008年前后每年平均有1000人报名，特别是2013年以来，报名者逐年增加，近3年呈快速上升态势，每年有4000人左右。”
“个人拿到了学历，还把农业大学各科的教授‘发展’成村里的指导专家，现在遇到了问题，就向老师请教，这岂不是一举两得！”张从锐笑着说，“这些专家的资源可比我这张学历值钱多了。”

Base camps are critical to World Cup operations. They serve as home headquarters where teams live, train and recover while traveling between match sites throughout the competition.

"From private practice fields to player recovery rooms, these facilities are designed to support some of the biggest names in soccer," said Alan Dietrich, who has worked closely with organizers.
Local leaders have spent more than a year pitching their cities to international teams, hoping to showcase not just athletic facilities but the broader community.
"We started actually over a year ago with countries beginning to visit," Dietrich said.

Tourism officials say the opportunity extends far beyond the sport itself. Hosting a base camp allows cities to introduce themselves to global audiences and build long-term international relationships.

"We knew that the World Cup was going to be kind of our first chance and probably our biggest chance to be engaging these international markets," said Devin Aaron with Visit KC.

Early expectations had Argentina basing in Miami, but Kansas City ultimately stood out during the selection process.
"When Argentina visited, they really loved it here," Dietrich said. "They loved our facilities, they loved our people."
The team will train at Sporting Kansas City’s Compass Minerals National Performance Center, a state-of-the-art facility in Kansas City, Kansas that will serve as Argentina’s training home base during the tournament.
